I started this practice because I saw a gap in how people and organizations were being supported through change. Too often, the focus is on outcomes over alignment and performance over people. I created Tanise Fox Consulting to offer something different, strategic, honest, human-first support for the moments that matter most.

I work with individuals and organizations navigating growth, transition, and internal realignment. For teams, I offer people-centered strategy and operations consulting that strengthens culture, clarifies direction, and builds systems that truly support the work and the people behind it. For individuals, especially those managing ADHD, burnout, or major life pivots. I offer coaching that brings clarity, structure, and grounded support aligned with who you are now.

With more than a decade of experience across project management, leadership, operations, and culture work, I bring a blend of strategic thinking and grounded presence. I’ve worked alongside executives, creatives, and community leaders; built systems from the ground up; and supported teams through meaningful transformation. I don’t just talk about change. I help people move through it with clarity and intention.
